Trademarks

1. Our marks

“TripWithMe”, the TripWithMe word mark, logos, map-pin icon, product screenshots, and distinctive yellow/black brand styling (together, the “Marks”) identify our Service.

Except as expressly permitted below, you may not use the Marks without prior written permission from us.

2. Permitted uses

You may use the name “TripWithMe” in plain text to refer accurately to the Service (for example: “Available on TripWithMe”).

Press or partners with written approval may use provided brand assets according to any accompanying guidelines.

When referring to us, do not alter the spelling, spacing, or capitalization of “TripWithMe” in a misleading way.

3. Not allowed

Do not use the Marks in a way that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without our written consent.

Do not incorporate the Marks into your product name, domain, social handle, logo, or app icon.

Do not register trademarks, company names, or domains confusingly similar to TripWithMe or JoinMyTrip.

Do not modify, distort, recolor, or animate the logo in ways that break brand integrity, and do not use outdated marks.

Do not use the Marks on merchandise for sale without a separate license.

4. Third-party trademarks

Names and logos of third parties (including Stripe, Google, Supabase, Vercel, Booking.com, and destination/event brands) belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance on TripWithMe does not imply endorsement by those owners of TripWithMe, or by TripWithMe of those services, beyond the integrations we describe.

5. Reporting misuse

If you see misuse of TripWithMe Marks, or believe your trademark is misused on our Service, contact hello@joinmytrip.app with details and supporting evidence.

6. Reservation of rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Permission to use the Marks may be withdrawn at any time if use is misleading, harmful, or inconsistent with our brand.
